To add a new product to their lineup, Mathews Company enlisted DiMonte Group Inc. to design four fans and heater assemblies.

Challenge

Design for In-house manufacturing
    & and outsourcing.

Two types of documents were
    required: In-house standard and
    ANSI standard style drawings.

Development

After visiting and reviewing Mathews’ facilities, the fans and heaters were designed for Mathews’ fabrication capabilities.

Sourcing

In addition to using existing Mathews' components where possible, we sourced standard components, and located suppliers for specialty items.

Design for Manufacturing

After reviewing the designs with Manufacturing, a complete documentation package of: detail & assembly drawings, costed BOMs, plumbing & wiring schematics, was provided.
