To add a new product to their lineup, Mathews Company enlisted DiMonte Group Inc. to design four fans and heater assemblies.
Challenge
- Design for In-house manufacturing & and outsourcing.
- Two types of documents were required: In-house standard and ANSI standard style drawings.
Development
- After visiting and reviewing Mathews' facilities, the fans and heaters were designed for Mathews' fabrication capabilities.
Sourcing
- In addition to using existing Mathews' components where possible, we sourced standard components, and located suppliers for specialty items.
Design for Manufacture
- After reviewing the designs with Manufacturing, a complete documentation package of detail & assembly drawings, costed BOMs, plumbing & wiring schematics was provided.
