• Design for Manufacturing without compromising the aesthetic direction from the Industrial Designer.


Development

• Working with Life Fitness and Cesaroni Design; DiMonte Group Inc. completed the design of these plastic components in a very short time frame to keep the Life Fitness' product release on schedule.


Design for Manufacturing

• By involving Life Fitness vendors early in the development cycle we were able to eliminate any delays in fabrication of the production tooling and components.


Quick Response

• After the X-trainer was tooled and in production, Life Fitness required one more plastic cover; we completed this design in two days, without requiring any change to the existing design.
