Prince Castle - Ultra High Density Holding Cabinet
DGi was contraced by Prince Castle to design and engineer a heated holding bin that fit six shelves in the same space as four, improved performance, and minimized downtime through user- servicable modules for the elements most likely to fail over the lifetime of the unit.
DGi designed, assembled, and tested the first articles to confirm performance and verify proper air flow through the UHC.
