This is a grab-bag of miscellaneous Tips, Tricks, and explorations of SolidWorks filleting features that we have composed over the years. It includes a tech-tip that we composed for the SolidWorks Express newsletter a few years back.

"Out of date" alert: This does not include any exploration of the Fillet Xpert function introduced to SolidWorks in SWx2007.

Inspiration: In the original abstract for "Curvy Stuff V- The Wrath of Scotty, part2" submitted in July, I envisioned that the presentation would discuss filleting tips. But I got too greedy and packed the presentation with so much other important information there was no time left for filleting.
At the presentation, I apologized for not having included anything about filleting and gave the attendees my personal email address; if they sent me an email with the heading 'you owe me' I would deliver them what I had originally promised. We now make it available to anyone interested in our observations on the subject.
